Church repairs get a boost

  • Post category:News

The Tuttington Hub recently reported some of the repair problems facing our medieval village church, St Peter and St Paul. But there is good news because the volunteers working hard to prevent the church from collapse have won a generous grant of £10,000 from the Norfolk Churches Trust (NCT).

Jan Lodge, organiser of the band of volunteers, said “we are delighted to receive this grant. It will not only help to solve some of the immediate problems facing the fragile structure of the church but it will also give a boost to our efforts to raise funds to provide facilities enabling a broader use of the building by the community.”
