After the success of last year’s Christmas Tree on the Village Green, there will be another occasion to bring your hand-crafted decorations to hang on the tree.
The theme for this year is natural materials. The village volunteers are coming around the village with a hand-out to give you some ideas for making tree decorations.
The tree will be erected on the Village Green early in December. The decorations will then be hung on the tree on Sunday 8th December 2019 starting at 10:00 am.
For the reasonable price of £1.50 you will be provided with a hot sausage or bacon in a bap plus a hot drink. In line with the conservation theme, please bring your own cup or mug. Money raised will go towards the purchase of the tree.
