When aren’t they! It seems that one camp of village residents is enjoying the fallow nature of the village churchyard, but another group is decidedly not!
The usual regular grass cutting around Tuttington church has had to be put on hold for the duration of the Coronavirus pandemic. However, the churchyard has had one cutting allowing new spring grasses to flower and many other wildflowers to emerge.
Lovely as this looks to some, there are others who prefer a more ordered arrangement. And, of course, visitors to gravesides might reasonably expect an easy access.
There is no simple answer to this but it highlights the many difficulties and changes we all have to cope with as a result of the current lockdown situation.
